INGREDIENTS
This product offers 1300 mg of generic turmeric with only 100 mg being proven/tested standardized curcumin. This concerns us since we can’t verify the actual process in which they derive their curcumin.
Another concern we have is you need to take three capsules daily to reach this daily serving. This isn’t a logical occurrence, typically it’s only two pills a day.
This does include BioPerine to help with absorption and has vegetable capsules which show they care about the formula but the use of generic turmeric does concern us.
They do not offer a multiple discount so if you buy in a larger quantity you will not receive a discount.
CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
Customer satisfaction is very important especially when a product offers no guarantee or one that’s so limited the consumer doesn’t get to really try the product. Many online reviews were very positive. Customers spoke of joint relief and less inflammation.
We were concerned by customers who complained the product did nothing for them or was ineffective. One customer complained of violent stomach upset and diarrhea. Another complained of heartburn.
Customers were also upset that each time they called the customer support number they reached a voicemail and never received a call back.
BRAND GUARANTEE
After researching we found they have a very limited 30 day guarantee. We called their support line and left a message but have yet to hear back from them. This concerns us because supplements can take up to 90 days to really begin showing results. This doesn’t give the opportunity to truly try to product risk free.
SUMMARY
This product offers a powerful 1300 mg of generic turmeric with only 100 mg being proven/tested standardized curcumin. This concerns us since we can’t verify the actual process in which they derive their curcumin. It’s also broken up into three pills you need to take each day. We found customers who complained the product was ineffective and the brand does not offer a long enough guarantee.

P.S. While 1MD is the best turmeric supplement we've found, we would still love to hear about any others you've tried. If you have had a great experience of your own, please send me an email at Beverly@ConsumersSurvey.org with the details.
