Kolorex Advanced Candida Care contains one active ingredient, Horopito (Pseudowintera colorata) extract, and 4 supplementary ingredients included for digestion of the capsule: olive oil, gelatin (*bovine source, Halal certified gelatin), glycerin, and purified water. Kolorex Advanced Candida Care is free of gluten and wheat, dairy and casein, soy, corn, yeast, artificial flavors and colors, preservatives, tree nuts, and peanuts. Horopito, however, is the one and only active ingredient in Kolorex Advanced Candida Care that promotes intestinal health.

Kolorex Advanced Candida Care has many positive reviews regarding the extract’s efficacy, but numerous negative reviews raised some important questions. Reports tell us that this product has been reformulated in recent years, dropping its servings of the Horopito extract from 6 mg to 2.5 mg per serving. Because the strength of its key ingredient has been diluted, we noticed many instances where customers received no significant results.

Kolorex Advanced Candida Care was Consumer Survey’s number two pick because it contains high activity specimens of the traditional New Zealand herb, Horopito (Pseudowintera colorata) which has a long history of traditional use in the treatment of antifungal infections. Each batch of Kolorex Horopito leaves must pass an independent laboratory test for activity prior to use.
While Kolorex Advanced Candida Care does contain this one vital ingredient, we would like to see a more in-depth product explanation from the manufacturer. Given the expense associated with the product, it would also be nice to see clinically tested evidence that supports their overall product claims.
